Upon completion of this program, you will be a 200 hour certified yoga teacher.  Whether you want to teach, or simply deepen your practice, this program will undoubtedly provide a launching point of self-discovery and personal transformation.

Weekly Zoom meetings (with group or 1-on-1)

Monthly or bi-monthly weekend in-person immersions (Southern California), in which students can practice together. Those that cannot attend can be Zoomed in, and/or private lessons can be arranged at a discounted rate.
Makeup work is at the discretion of lead trainer.
All hours and homework must be completed to earn your certificate.

This is a barefoot, non-heated dance class that focuses more on technique than choreography, and is suitable for all levels. Make sure your bottoms aren’t too tight, or you won’t get enough jiggle. Booty shorts and kneepads are strongly recommended. You can also use a folded yoga mat to support your knees during floor work. Register at https://rayoga.com/workshops
The F-word is a guided embodiment experience incorporating primal dance, sensual floor-work, and yoga asana into a seamless flow that activates Feminine Power. The practice and playlist are explicit - so leave your inhibitions at the door, or work through them in this safe and non-judgmental space. Booty shorts encouraged - get ready to shake your chakras!
This OUTDOOR arm balance will provide practice-elevating information for beginner and intermediate students, including functional anatomy, proper alignment, and tips for practicing. Poses covered will be plank, chaturanga, side plank, downdog, dolphin, wild thing, and crow.
This OUTDOOR workshop will break down each posture of the Sun Salutations A and B. Students will learn how to modify this sequence for various levels of practice and ability.
