Chakras are much like the organs of our energetic body. Each of the seven chakras is related to a certain state of being. The flow of energy through these chakras can be under- or over-active, which can relate to certain physical or emotional ailments. By learning to balance your chakras, you can cultivate more harmony in your life.
This series includes a 30-50 minute vinyasa practice for each of the seven chakras.
